I sold an item in April to an overseas buyer within the EU. They've tried to open a case with PayPal today as an "item not received". The case was opened and instantly closed by PayPal and awarded in my favour as it is over 180 days. As a result, there is no PayPal claim anymore. Based on this, do I actually have to do anything? I believe eBay's policies state they should let you know within a certain time frame if the item hasn't been received. This is well beyond that.
