eBay missing item in package-where do i stand

Found 28th Jan 2011
I bought a used keyboard+mouse combo on eBay and received it a few days ago, however the mouse is missing. Although I dont really need the mouse and got the keyboard for a good price, I feel cheated. Seller doesnt seem to be replying to my emails although he has 100% feedback (100+).

Is there anything else I can do, other than leaving him negative feedback or returning the item for a refund?

With a dispute, I would have to return the item wouldnt I?

Possibily or ask for a partial refund.

I claimed an item was faulty last week (it was), they gave me some mumbo jumbo about it being due to the product getting cold (memory foam pillows) stated it was a manufacturers fault, was then asked to pay for return delivery and asked if the seller would cover this, they never responded, ebay wanted to close the dispute and I was given chance to state what had happened again, I did and they refunded. I'm still happy to send the pillows back to the member but still want my postage covered (as this is law)

Try opening the dispute and wait for a response, say your after a partial refund for the worth of the mouse and move on, wait for them to repsond.
i would completely agree with adam2050. open a dispute. they should refund you for the missing mouse, ive had to open a dispute for something being missed from the parcel.

do they leave an email address other than replying to there ebay as lately ive not been getting my ebay messages sent through my email but upon opening my ebay messages-they are there. try seeing if they have. if not open a dispute, you can state you want to keep the keyboard.
Wish I had a quid for every one of these threads !
