It looks like eBay has stopped paying cashback. Quidco says: 'Cashback currently not available' and TopCashback says: 'We are currently unable to offer cashback discounts on any purchases made at eBay UK.'
I checked yesterday and Quidco were offering the standard 1% with TopCashback paying 1.01%. Those rates are not really that significant, but they did used to offer exclusive rates from time to time which were much higher than that.
It looks like we will just have to rely on Nectar points from now on.
