i ordered a top from ebay(i know, never again) and it seems worn when it should have been new with tags.
i filed a dispute and asked for a full refund.

but how does it work, does he refund me before i post it back or the other way around.
and if so, how can i ensure i get the refund if i have to send me back first.

serves you right for being a cheapskate and buying clothes from a jumble sale:p

Wouldnt it be better to contact the seller first?
they might be able to re-fund or replace the item or somthing.

going through paypal seems safer(right?).
and i dont think the seller would give me a refund and hope the item was returned to them.
