i was wondering what you's think of this.

on the 16th i ordered a pack of mach3 blades (£3.65), i still havent got them. i have sent emails (x2) to the seller, and checked there feedback again, they have been left negatives recently through not sending items.
i sent another email, and i got an email back saying:


PLEASE CALL ME 0788******* X I WILL EXPLAIN

what will i do? what do you think? will i get my money back? i know its not much, but its my money, not theres if i dont get my goods.

please advise, many thanks, clare xxx

Id ask them to explain via email or you will raise a dispute and base feedback accordingly. Either that or leave your mobile number so that they can phone you at their expense. Sounds like a bloomin cheek to me !

If you paid by PP you will get your money back. what is the item number?

The way I see it your options are, to start a Paypal dispute and get a full refund or phone this tool up and see what bull he has to say.
If you leave him a neg, which you should really, expect one back. That's what he's done before.

On second thoughts judging by the second to last feedback left "Full refund given - Good communication - No worries.", I'd ask for a refund and buy elsewhere.

I would start a Paypal dispute, but don't escalate it to a claim just yet. See what he says. I don't think he will leave you a neg unless you leave him one. On the 89th day, 23 hours and 59 minutes you can neg him and by the time he sees it, it will be too late to respond. Hehehe.
Anyway, looking at this guys items, I expect he has a lot of trouble coming his way, ebay might just kick him off anyway and then you can escalate the claim.

When I bought some razor blades from ebay, The guy was kicked off within a week, perhaps they were stolen?, He sent the items out pretty quick though!

He's sold a lot and if they have not arrived I expect the buyers will be starting disputes. Ebay will not let it go on too long, they will NARU him pretty soon.

My brother purchased a load of M3 Power blades a little while ago and when they turned up they happened to be snides. He could use them to shave ok but couldn't use the Power feature on the razor because it sliced his face to pieces. I'd advise against buying blades on ebay full stop.

Why can't people just explain over an email, why do some people insist they have to speak to you? - Sod that, if you are on PAYG it would cost as much again for a 10 minute call than to buy the blades elsewhere!

he said that royal mail had lost the parcels that the blades were in, he is refunding all his customers or asking if they want to wait til the end of the week when he gets some more, he also asked me not to leave neg feedback, and as he refunded me, i didnt! i did say on feedback that i was refunded tho - just to give others piece of mind. i know it wasnt a lot of money, but at the end of the day, it was our money, not his! but overall, a good result!
