just received an expensive item that was supposed to be not used.
eBay is not allowing me to open a return request yet as I think the tracking has not updated so it's still showing in transit but it's been delivered.
I even asked the cellar before purchase if it was brand new and not used they confirmed yes,
also it's supposed to come with an official carrying case which is not there worth 35£ , it's just the original packaging no travel case
what is the best option to proceed, I'm extremely angry /frustrated.
I have taken photos already should I call eBay or just wait to make you return request when the option is available?
