Thanks In advance any one who can help
I am spitting feathers .......:x as I have just had an email from a buyer who says he can no longer buy the Laptop he bid on and won yesterday. He bid at the very last second (probably by a sniping programme but thats not the issue ) It makes me even madder that he waited while today to let me know he was not paying as I could have given another bidder a second chance offer straight away. Anyway my question is can I file the unpaid item dispute any sooner than 7 days seeing as he has informed me already that he has no intentions of paying ? or is their any other way of reporting this idiot ? He couldn't even be bothered to make up a good excuse LOL just said he wasn't buying the laptop grrrrrrr:viking:

I checked out ebays "help" :giggle: hmmm not much i can do except wait and file a non payment ..... then wait again for the fees to be reimbursed .. the so called legally bound to buy when bidding is a croc of sh*t

You can still second chance the Laptop, put in the message box why you are going to 'Second Chance' them.
As for this jerk, you can claim your fees back straight away if you click on the 'drop down box' saying that you both mutually agree to cancel the sale. Don't forget to put him on your block bidders list and neg the jerk.

I'll look for a link.
