ebay question

I sold a game on ebay and posted it straight out, it eventually got returned to me as the buyer didn't collect it. The buyer contacted me the same day that i received it back saying they had seen that it had been returned to me (I always send tracking number) and could I send it out again. i agreed if she would pay the postage again, she did and I posted it out again.
Now today ive received the game back again because the buyer didn't collect it!! Im not being funny but its costing me bus fare or petrol every time i go to post this game and the game only sold for about £7. How many times do I need to do this before ebay let me give up on trying to post it to her?

Personally i would say stuff them. They have messed you about far too much. Cancel, refund and offer it to the next highest bidder.

I think you're stuck between a rock and a hard place with this one.
1 you could ask the buyer to mutually agree to end the transaction and you refund the game price
2 you could just see where it ends up with time, she'll contact you again and you can then email ebay explaining the whole episode, you can provide 2 attempts to post the item out. eBay should see in your Favour!

surely you have the proof that it has been returned to you twice ...send ebay the proof and ask for advice personally i would leave it and let paypal sort it out and then send the proof it was sent twice and refund the game minus the original p&p once they request your action

3 as the first reply says, just refund them through pay pal, I think this still keeps the purchase as active though which leaves you open for negative feedback!

yep I have the proof it was sent and returned twice as it was sent recorded delivery both times. I just wondered if ebay would expect me to try maybe a min of 3 times or something silly like that. I'll leave it and see what they say and then like you all said I'll refund the game less the postage.
Thanks

not keen on the neg feedback possibility though...will be my first one

Contact ebay.

You're not having much luck with Ebay are you lol

With hindsight after the first one was returned you should have kept an eye on the tracking and told them that it was at the sorting office waiting for collection, they are obviously dopey,is it something that would have fitted through the letterbox as well......

Don't think ive had many problems with ebay so maybe you have me confused with someone else??

And yeah it probably would have fit through the letter box but it was sent recorded so they needed to sign for it
