I bought microsoft 365 from ebay from a business with 100% feedback at the time.
The business never bothered to dispatch the item . I opened a case and ebay have closed it saying I won’t get a refund as not covered by money back guarantee. How can they say that when it hasn’t been dispatched??
I messaged the seller no response
I paid through paypal and I have now opened a case through them.
Extra info: transaction was via ebay for a physical copy the seller with a 253 ( 100% rating) just didn’t bother to dispatch just took my money!!
