A few days ago I received a card from royal mail stating they had a parcel for me that had not had postage paid for, I now needed to collect the parcel and pay £4.80 for the outstanding postage. I would like to claim this back from the seller but now when I go to resolve a problem with this purchase every option states "return this item" in the past you could use the resolve a problem and open a case and get the seller to resolve and if not ebay steps in after so many days. My only other option is to just simply contact the seller which I have done but they are not responding, do I have any other options?, preferably do not want to have to call ebay/PayPal as I only have a pay as you go mobile phone. Any help please.
