I went to check today whether the promotional offer of 5% cashback on eBay was still tracking at 1% - or had been uplifted to 5%. This was the eBay TCB offer 5 days ago. Now the tracking has completely disappeared, with no pending/confirmed/payable amounts.
However it was tracking 5 days ago at 1% as expected at the time when I checked TCB (The rate increase would be applied in the coming days). I thought it was maybe me but I have found the email confirmation from TCB, confirming that eBay had tracked.
Anybody had disappearing cashback after successful tracking? I've submitted a claim for untracked/missing cashback but it was definitely tracking 5 days ago!
