£100, try to put a highish postage amount on it, to reduce the final fee

it only goes by what the item sells for not including the postage, i wouldn't suggest putting a much higher than needed postage on it as you would end up with negative feedback ....

Just don't go over board with the postage, add about an extra £1 or £2 etc...

Putting too high a postage on in place of the sales price can get a listing removed my ebay.

Plus the buyer will more liekly put give a negetive or neutral feedback.

But as DLM says Ebay fees like only be charged on the sale amount (£100)

OK guys, thanks for your help.

These fees are ridiculous. I can buy something in at £113.72, but to break even I have to start at £124.48!!!

Total Fees Ebay and Paypal £10.76!!!

I see what you're saying, but half of that is Paypal! Which i am forced to accept, when there are many other ways or trading without being charged extortionate fees, Bank Transfers, Bankers Drafts, Cheques.
