eBay's Authenticity Guarantee program

Hi all,

I am looking to sell a pair of Nike Air Jordan shoes on ebay via their 'Authenticity Guarantee' program, which gives a blue 'authentic' tick on your ebay listing.

I should be eligible but unfortunately I can't seem to get the blue tick on my listing to show.

Any advice or tips on this would be much appreciated.
