Can someone tell me why, after opening an RMA I then have to ring a 0871 number to progress it?? surely the info I entered in the RMA is enough and if they have any issues then they could ring/email me?

sometimes you have to call them i have done it b4 to rma a motherboard and they just confirm some stuff its about 3 min call

I've done a fair few and never needed to call (except once where they messed up the refund amount). They have a ticket system where they deal with RMA enquires.
