Edinburgh Castle

any one have any codes for tickets , please , looking to go 2nd or 3rd jan ! thanks
or any tips for what to do while in Edinburgh ?? thanks

If you have kids go to The Royal Museum (free and fantastic), The Dynamic Earth, The Zoo (quite expensive but worth it). Other than that visit The Castle, Holyrood Palace , The Museum of Childhood (free and has old toys etc), Coffee in Harvey Nicols (expensive but worth it), visit Jenners (oldest department store on Princes Street), The Botanic Gardens (free), Princes Street Gardens (free), shopping on Princes Street. You could book to see a show at The Playhouse and eat in one of the many restaurants nearby on their pre theatre deals. There is a lot of fun things to do. Also there is a huge cinema in the City Centre too.

Also, nice bars on George Street or down in The Grassmarket.
