I ordered this Sim, 32 gbs for £14.50 rolling contract on the last day, last Monday. I had a confirmation email and the £2 taken out of my bank and put back in. No other money has been taken and I haven't received the Sim. How has everyone else fared? How long did you wait? Thanks

Call them. They can send u replacement which will cancel other sim.

I received a cancellation email 2 hours after ordering the same deal. Called them to ask why and they were unsure so put it through manually. Received the sim 2 days later.

Did you ask for it to be shipped to a UK address or where you are? And did you give a UK address for the credit check?

yes it is going to a UK address plus I already have EE BB so I am a customer already. I will try their chat line tomorrow if it hasn't arrived.
