Check your EE account for criteria. Don’t just check the app, log in on a browser and click to upgrade. 

I’m curious to see how people get it as this is being advertised as a promo but when they ran a similar promo two years ago, I had a *G-litch* and it completely wiped a large upgrade fee.

    Sorry to hear. Just to check, did you use the app, or in a browser? My £0 came and went depending on the page so it'd worth a root around.
