EE or Three Network Sim Only

Been with EE for a lot of years. Thinking moving to Three. Anyone recommend Three any benefits to going with them?

The Three deal been looking at is 4gb data, unlimited txts and mins for £9

If I need a hotspot will need to add 1gb for £5 for month from time to time. I only use it on some uk holidays.

I am looking into a Honor phone Honor 6x anyone got one these phones. Moving from Samsung phones that had mainly.

Still an android phone. Will I be able to get all the apps I currently get with my Samsung on the Honor phones as I read reviews waiting on a software update?

Any tips on Honor phone or network to consider be much appreciated. As need better camera phone and think this be a massive improvement.

    Thanks in advance!

Funny enough I'm on the looking for a move to EE as the three signal is poor along the line into Waterloo from Reading . Pay 12.50 for 4gb , assumed EE would have far better coverage ?

You'll be better off finding out which one offers the best coverage in your area and then go from there

Check the signal strength for 3 in your area, very poor near me.

shops only interested in selling not putting things right

Check signal around you I am with 3 over 3 years and samotines signal is the biggest issue

Three all the way EE customer service are the worst no respect for customers .

Ee offered £10.99 4gb plus BT sport and eu when l tried £10 3 And plusnet deal, so stayed

    EE lol BT!

Get a 3payg sim and check your signal in regular places.

3's signal may soon (long term) be better than EE, BT has been blocked out the upcoming spectrum auctions 3 is likely to win loads being the smallest & just bought its sister UKBroadband which is a certain to get approval.

i considered the exact same move. however i found the better 4g signal is lower on the pecking order, meaning in effect, i would connect to a poor 3g signal over the better 4g coverage.
i opted to ring ee and price match

Is that going to get rolled out within the period of this person's contract though? EE have far better coverage at present. Fine if you don't move around the country much and Three signal is decent, but at present EE trounces Three. As a regular commuter I'd rather pay a bit more for EE until Three actually *does* supersede EE. At which point I'd move to Three, who do offer excellent value tariffs. I'd question whether this value would remain if they did buy a donkey load of spectrum though, since the costs have to be swallowed by someone - and as we know, Three aren't averse to changing their minds about what the 'right' thing to do is.

I'd also add that it's a nonsense to debate which networks have good customer service and which don't - they're all basically the same, and operate along the same guidelines with the same flexibility and many even have call centres in the same buildings. You'll get horror stories and positive stories for the same networks, it's just that people are always more proactive about complaining than they are publicising good experiences. Never choose a network based on customer service reports.

For the record, I've never had an issue with customer service from EE; but equally I've never had customer service problems elsewhere either. I guess it's often about getting the right member of staff or dealing with a problem with the right attitude.

I'm with 3 and have no problems whatsoever.

If you do go with 3 I have a referral code which will give both you and me £25 amazon vouchers. PM me if interested

Think i buy the Honor 6x tomorrow and pay extra £10 test the network out on pay as you go. Can decide on sim only deal after my holiday. Really need the phone at min a better camera to take on holiday :-)

All depends where you are mostly when you need use it. Three in my "daily area" is poor, especially at home indoors. Only Voda and O2 work indoors for me since their masts are nearby. But I use EE as it works best in the areas I'm in. And got a Signal box for indoor use. £19 SIMO, 16gb U/l calls and Txt.
