Hi,

I’ve just took a new contract with EE but want to keep my current EE number.

Is this possible? I’ve requested a pac code.

TIA

Get a payg sim from another network and port your number to that network then port it back to your new sim
If customer services can't do this for you (have you asked?), port out to a free PAYG SIM from another provider, then port back in to your new contract.
Try Giffgaff as they do everything online.

O2 will be the quickest to do this, some networks make you keep it on their network for a minimum period before porting back out. But when I had to do the same with Vodafone recently they just did it themselves, happened within 24 hours. Both numbers (temporary and current) do go dead (not in service) for about 20 mins though.
maybe phone them up
I just did this switching from T-mobile contract to EE payg
they sent me a sim in the post

Thanks guys. Just did this with O2 as everything is online. £1 sim was only cost.
