Any advice would be great!!! I decided to upgrade both my partner and my mobile contracts with ee on june 12 on a sharer plan, deal was good and decided to take the broadband to which is now active as it boosted data making package very good. Next day delivery was as standard. UKmail whom deliver on ee's behalf contacted my partner via e-mail and text with two different times and tried to deliver at school pick up time so unavailable. Long story short as it contains another 3 deliverys arranged and one device delivered am still waiting one my partners handset which is lead handset so unable to use mine. EE still seem to be confused to whats happening so what chance do i have! Any ideas on compensation figures i should aim for or should i just cancel which im seriously considering. Many thanks

You can cancel, but there won't be any compensation. They're more likely to charge you extra. This is EE after all, providing the worse service imaginable.
