    eglobal central

I bought an ipad mini from this supplier in December 2016. It arrived without a UK plug so I could not use it for a xmas present as intended. Requests for the plug led to absurd procrastination and an insulting "this is not a chat service" when I had the temerity to ask for the plug. Recommend definitely not using this supplier.

I'm amazed many devices still ship with a UK plug, it charges through a generic female USB adapter that is fairly ubiquitous these days, and I'm pretty sure you can pick them up in Poundland of all places.

Looks like you've made a bit of a typo. It comes across a bit rude, but I'm sure you meant to say "thanks for signing up to give us warning, I'll make a note to be wary of them in the future."

Your diplomacy is acknowledged, as is OPs abuse of a deal forum to vent a rant via a virgin post. It may be appropriate for HUKD consider a minimum time before a new member can "contribute" to the community. Suggest we revist OPs profile occasionally in the coming months to view other positive contributions that will be posted.
FWIW: I have used EGC a few times, initially low value items than one £200+ purchase. No issues, and I am aware of pros/cons with the vendor and other similar outlets. Regardless, forums do not benefit from hijackers spitting dummies.

Why is his opinion less valuable than yours though? I don't know you from Adam, and everyone has to start somewhere. Just being a new member doesn't make him a forum 'hijacker'. Perhaps he has lurked for a number of years but only felt the need to sign up today to share this info to protect others.

OP opinion is not less valuble, but by nature of same-day-registration-as-post: it is less credible. I did not assume the gender of the poster; that was presented by yourself.

30 seconds on Google shows the number of complaints about this dealer and a total lack of any customer service.

Cheap goods without any comeback that's eglobal and they should be banned in the UK- hopefully some bright spark will set up a website or petition and deal with them the way they deserve?
