eGlobal notifications

Has anyone else had problems with eGlobal notifications?

They come up on the top right of the screen while I'm browsing the web on Firefox.

I haven't downloaded any apps from eGlobal and Firefox confirms I have no add-ons/extensions on it.

Please can anyone help me get rid of it?

Combination of one-off scan/removal of nasties via malwarebytes.com/mwb…ad/ and permanent addons.mozilla.org/en-…in/ to prevent unintentional installation of unwanted notification rubbish from what may appear to be helpful infomercials.

Thanks, it happens on my Linux system and I've afraid Malwarebytes doesn't work with Linux.

Probably best to mention Linux in thread title to avoid peeps posting responses applicable to Firefox mobile / others.
Could be your ISP then? Or compromised router?
