Can you get radio one on it ?

Asda have some for under £5.00. I bought three last year, and am still using the first one. I figured that it would be cheaper to do this since if one broke after the guarantee, I'd still have a backup. I have bought expensive ones in the past - guess what happened after the guarantee finished
The Adsa ones are plain while plastic. I think they are the same as Cookware as sold by Argos (similar price).

no but my logitech PC 5.1 surround speakers can at midnight
The volume acts as a tunner lol.

Morphy Richards do a good stainless steel kettle for £19.99 at tesco direct.
the element is coverd by a plate so theres hardly any limescale in the water.

Also got filters on the spout thingi.
    It makes a decent cuppa

you know what to get her for christmas then one of those dolphin sound cds should hit the spot and help her keep chilled...

we recently got a philips from littlewoods direct, it looks good and is pretty fancy, 5 stage filter, concealed element, keep warm function and 4 temp settings, cost £29....i just looked at it now and its £50 now. shame. was worth the £29 easy.

Why three though? Surely thats overkill!

FWIW I had to return the cheap kettle to Asda twice, the third one is still working well though (only had it a few months so far mind)

got cheap argos one before and it was rubbish and had fat steel one it was rubbish hoping to try something in between. £50 bit dear with these kids here, adults then wouldnt be a bother. what trouble for a small gizmo

Morrisons were doing one for a tenner with a Brita filter
i bought 2 one for my mother still working fine

morrisons the only supermarket not in N Ireland and they are brilliant, pity, love their stuff... grrr.

Get a 2200 watt kettle, not a 3000 watt one if you don't like the noise that they make, the 2200 watt ones are quieter.

what do your kids do to the kettle?

they are rural kids, bit heavy handed with the buttons. usually boil it twice because they walk off to do something else the first time and return 5 mins later and it just has to be piping. thats if they dont forgot to fill it to min, or if they dont set it in the sink when they fill it. 5 kids so the list of kettle accidents is quite large.

mind you i just bust the microwave, so cant say too much, put the spoon in and kept microwaveable dish in hand. wont do that again.

what a household. not enough hours in the day!!

    It's rubbish

I bought one a year ago maybe more for £79.99 its flawed.

It is a fantastic kettle in the Summer or in a warm climate but utter useless when your in the grip of an ice age or anything less than 13 degrees lol I may have exaggerated the ice age bit .

It only does near boiling water in 3 seconds which means for coffee maybe OK even in winter I stopped drinking coffee as I was getting caffeine poisoning on a regular bassssiiiiiissss.

Making a cuppa tea and waiting for teabag to release tea and it's too cold to drink when it's winter months

hi could you please tell me where i can buy the kettle with dolphin sounds as my wife would really like one
