Just wondering tho....if the current law from the 1800's is making it illegal to ride the electric scooters now, how were these motorised scooters allowed on the road back in the 1900's
All those scooters have evidence of petrol engines, either you can see the engine itself or a fuel tank.

That's not to say electric vehicles weren't around back then, Jay Leno has one that's over 100 years old - and the batteries are the originals and they still work! - has been retrofitted with modern packs though.

Electric cars are the future, but also the past.
