    email address for BT broadband customer services

    hello, anyone know an email address for BT broadband which they respond to. I paid value line rental in advance and cancelled before go live date. I went on their chat over a week ago and they promised refund within last week, but still nothing. I'll send an email next to remind them, thanks.

    just contact ur bank and say it unauthorised. saves the running around.

    A week doesn't seem a long time when it comes to refunds. I'm sure you'll receive it in due course.

    bt are a joke, I paid advanced line rental, then cancelled my contract two days later, had to chase for refund of the line rental, eventually got it then got my bill last Monday charging me advanced line rental again. bunch of f&£king joker's.

    ​i cancelled BT 3 weeks ago, that's too long for me.

    try there forum, seems to get best results
