Ok, well if you have, in the upper right hand corner you *should* see the word, tools and a small arrow head to the right of it.
Click on that arrow and a new menu appears
Click on the option, internet options (bottom of list)
    A pop up appears
    Click on the privacy tab
Set the slider to medium high (should be by default i think)
Then try the site(s) that are failing

still saying enable cookies to continue i tried setting to high aswell and nothing happened at all then, put it to med high...and grrrrrrr my pcs just junk i think

I take NO responsibility for this, since i do not like IE but....
Make your way to where the slider was again
    Click on the advanced button
Tick the box for override cookie handling
Click ok and then restart IE, not your PC you need not
If that fails, i suggest using firefox as your browser like i do

Ah, hold on, do you have any anti-virus software, zonealarm perhaps do you know?

It's ok, no need to apologise
Yes, to restart IE just close it and re-open, or come out and back into it.
Yes, firefox is free and safe, well as safe as anything can be online

you are lush! lol firefox is awesome got a cute lil doggy theme backgroundy thing going on aswell - how do i set favourites on this? final question i promise!!! lol

In firefox, favourites are called bookmarks for some reason.
Click bookmark, along the top of the screen and there's an option, bookmark this page.
This is also where in future your bookmarks can be accessed from
Still not sure why IE doesn't work but for now you're up and running with FF
Right, can i go watch the footie now lol?
