Encrypt only a small part of hard drive?

Is encrypting only a folder but not the other contents in hdd possible?
if so what program?

You can create an encrypted folder with a program called TrueCrypt it is also free or you can make a small donation to the creator

Right click the folder, Advanced, Encrypt contents (or something similar).

Will encrypt the files, locked exclusively to your user account.

TrueCrypt is dead and the makers suggest not using it anymore. If you have windows 7 or later then file encryption is build in, just Right-click the folder or file you want to encrypt, and then click Properties. Click the General tab, and then click Advanced.Select the Encrypt contents to secure data check box, click OK, and then click OK again. Backup the Encryption certificate that is created.

I use MyWinLocker.

Thanks guys! Yeah overlooked the built in Windows encryptor silly me and yeah True crypt isbdead.. Anyways I thought you can only encrypt the whole drive but seems I can just do a folder also. Great! Thanks again guys much appreciated!
