Has anyone bought from EuroPC before??

I purchased a netbook from them on Sunday, and it's now wednesday and nothing. No email to say if it's been dispatched, no way of checking the order status (at least if you bought it without being a member). I've emailed them, but no reply just yet.... but i've not long emailed to be fair.

Should of asked before i purchased the netbook really, but are the usually good??

They took my money but my order ''slipped to the bottom of the pile and isn't in stock now''...

Absolutely shocking company. I ordered the netbook when it said they had low stock and after i ordered, i refreshed the page and they had 0 stock..

So they still take the money and it's not in stock..

I'm currently seeking a full refund. I suggest anyone who goes on this website, steer clear!!!

I have used EuroPC several times and always had good service, I would phone them up and ask for a confirmation that your purchase has shipped, and if it has not, when it will ship. Also, ask them for a shipping number and ask who they have used to ship your purchase.
