Ever been suspended by amazon? locked out of account while in balance

i recently sold a few items on amazon after about a week they suspended my selling privledges and locked me out of my account (i cant even sign in anymore) my items were all perfect sent quickly and i had no complaints against me they have shut me out of my account and i have a few hundred pounds in there that i cant get access too anyone else ever been in my shoes

So the best thing to do is Tweet @ Amazon's Help thingy on twitter. They will give you a link, and it will give you the option to be called and discuss what has happened.
I've called them and messaged them and they won't tell me why I've been suspended they say I need to speak to a specialist that will call me in 48 hrs 3 days have passed and still no call

keep chasing, have you not had no emails from them? Probably some fraud or something and they suspended your account to confirm your identity.
Amazon Live Chat? Request to speak to a manager and they must connect you to their line manager.
Amazon announced recently that they are clamping down on sellers that are offering copies/fakes of products. Not saying this is why but its easy for them to make mistakes.

I've had emails telling me my account is suspended from selling but that's it not inkling as to why

I've tried this and they refuse their customer service has got poor I feel as if there going off a script and cannot stray from this script or their wife and children will be in danger

Without knowing what you were selling it's a bit difficult to hazard a guess as to why you might have been suspended.

That does not make any difference, I got pulled up selling a branded watch, not particularly expensive, but as i listed as new, it had never been worn. The item was pulled and I was given a warning. Apparently the manufacturer reported the listing as I was not a official/authorized retailer.

Should have listed it as used but as new apparently.

Give Amazon a wide berth. Their Customer Service is shocking now.
They recently cancelled my Prime because I complained about poor deliveries.
They then ignore any emails, or just cut and paste the same response.

Yeah this is the sort of treatment I'm getting never used to be like this after this is sorted I won't ever go anywhere near them even if I have to pay more
I've not been in your shoes - unless you're a size 10 and left yours on the shelf at clarks last friday.
