So I purchased 2 T-Shirts from jd sports which were to be delivered today, received the delivered email but no parcel, when I checked online the house they were left at is not my address even tho the map shows my street
Went onto Evri chat and explained and was told I’d receive a call back, it’s been 6hours and nothing
Due to my anxiety I am unable to walk down my street to try and find the house they were left at
Spoke to someone at jd and was given a declaration to fill out so they can investigate
Will jd refund me or resend the T-Shirts does anyone know
