Back in late March, I sent back an order to a retailer, and paid for the postage through Evri. They attempted to deliver once on a Saturday and the retailer wasn't open, then the tracking went cold.
I tried every attempt to get in touch with Evri, but there was no way to speak to anyone. I eventually went through Resolver when I had exhausted everything else and after initially getting somewhere, they stopped responding.
I eventually got through to them by contacting their damaged property email team, from which I got a response sent through to my junk folder, to complete, which I did eventually.
After initially accepting my claim (and taking my bank details), they promptly reversed their decision citing that I hadn't filled out the form within 14 days, instead it was 26. This seems completely unfair, and that they seem to be able to call the shots. I have sent over a few emails arguing the case, but they are really not interested and have seemingly wiggled out of compensating me for the loss, of which they owe £300 + postage.
Where can I go from here?
