Excellent customer service at Argos Extra (Portsmouth)

Bought Singstar a couple of weeks ago and one of the mics died on Tuesday evening - took back to Argos last night (couldn't find the receipt) and they were happy to exchange for a new one. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

We hear so many negative experiences I thought I'd say a public well done on this occasion.

WELL DONE ARGOS!

Argos return policy is very good especially on electrical goods.

A lot of stores insist on sending items back for repair but I have never had this with Argos, they have always replaced or refunded without fuss even when I haven't had receipts.
