Looking at a purchase but haven't heard of the website before and looking for some honest feedback on people's experiences with purchasing on the website. How easy (or difficult) are returns? Is the customer service good?

the company name stated in that website's terms of sale ceased to exist 18 months ago;
same for the DP registration;
the company that no longer exists morphed into a company that lasted one day;
some t&c do not conform to UK legislation (and at least one item misquotes the legislation, resulting in being more generous than legislation requires);
conflicting mandatory disclosures.
Ultimately: if the operation forgets what name it is currently calling itself, it would imply it is best avoided, just in case it forgets that you paid it some money for something it cannot remember.
