is that really safe to use, as the skin around the eye area is really thin?

    haha!

I think bobbi brown do a eye hydrating cream.. its meant to be pretty good but pricey..

    Hey Martin!!

Don't you just love a bit of cream on your face?

    I know, I do!

I heard the benefit eyecon is good.

put two teaspoons in the fridge, then when you want to use them lie on the bed, with your feet on a pillow, put the teaspoons on your eyes and chill for 5 mins... better than any creams

is it for black or white people?

    either oO

Clinique all about eyes used to be good (I stopped buying it about 7/8yrs ago though because I couldn't get discount anymore!).
Ive tried Olay gel.. L'Oreal etc, all sorts and don't find they do anything special (for me). You might like the Garnier roll on though, I find its not moisturising enough for me (I dont have bags, I tend to have dry skin and find that a dab of Oilatum cream works ok!), but if there is any puffiness it will take it down quite a bit
Dont go for pile cream unless its a one off here and there. Like you said, the skin around your eyes is too thin for everyday use.

cool thanks, think ill try the garnier roll on

I would recommend garnier roll on, i get the tinted one as it also acts as a concealer.
other good ones are clinique all about eyes recently and the cooling gel body shop does:
