    Mine is supposed to be delivered today. I put the order number in for tracking, but it reads
    "The number you entered is not a valid Orange Shop order number. Please try again"

    Have you got a "Your order has been dispatched" email? That is the one with your tracking number in. Its different to the one starting WS. It is a number that you put in on the parceline website.

    Just phoned them and it isn't on the way. Even though i had an email giving me a delivery date, they are out of stock and have no idea when they will have anymore in.

    If you don't want to waste the rest of your day waiting for a parcel, here is the phone number. 0800 079 2000. Please don't forget to have your order number to hand.

    Just phoned and looks like I won't be getting mine today or soon. But I hope the guy didn't think I was rude because it just beeped and I got disconnected just as he was gonna tell me more information

    im still waiting for mine ordered 3 F210 and another sony erikson, should be getting it today.

    My email from Orange confirming the purchase didn't say that there would be another email when order dispatched. In fact it called the WS number the "order number" and then said:-

    "delivery details
    Your order will be delivered on 30-12-08 to the following address":?

    Still waiting! No communication from Orange to confirm what I've learned from the guys on this website. Now plan to get the phone unlocked when it arrives and move to a decent service provider.

    I had my phone delivered this morning though!!!!!

    still no sign of my order plus it says not a valid tracking number to that which came in my e-mail.

    I am waiting for 3 phones, said they would deliver on 2nd January - nothing. I just phoned them they said they are expecting stock to arrive on Tuesday so should be delivered Thursday.

    Absolutely no communication from Orange, they even said they have my phones in stock in the confirmation email!

    I'm worried now.

    I ordered an LG secret this morning at 6am got an email at half 8 saying Thank you for your Orange order‏ with delivery date of 7th

    Does anyone know if they are actually in stock of the Secret. Cause I haven't got a dispatch email.

    Following the original order...then the stock issue...then the offer of alternatives I might be interested in.....I fired off the following email yesterdays..

    MOTOROLA ROKR E8 - COSTING A TOTAL OF £91

    YOU HAVE GOT TO BE JOKING!!!!

    Why the hell would I be happy paying £39, £49, ...or £91...when I was expecting to pay only £28.50

    As a businessman myself, I would not be expecting to keep customers for very long if I treat them and their orders so shoddily.

    I do quite like the j700 or the rokr e8...but there's no way I would pay more than the original order value of £28.50.
    This is a chance for Orange to redeem your credibility in my eyes.

    Today I recieve this from them....

    Good morning.

    We now have the stock and will fulfil your order. it will be with you on Thurs at the very latest.

    Incidentally, the handsets on offer in the original mail (ROKR, J700 & E250) were on offer to you at the same price as the F210. (£18.50).

    Calm down, apparently people got an email but not me. I decided to phone them and they just offered me three Motorola Rokr E8's, I snapped it up, not paying any extra.

    Terrible in my eyes. The guy who delivered mine posted to the wrong house. Luckily I saw the van drive past so chased after him and caught up before he drove off. He had to knock on the door of the house he delivered it to (the person there signed for it) and get it back.
    I wouldn't have the phone if I didn't see the van.

    Well they did the same today. Knocked on a house with a glass door, mine is wooden. Woman on phone asked me if it was a flat. There's no flats on my road. So I have to wait tomorrow now I'm so angry I could...argh!

    Having a bad week. British Gas refusing to fix my boiler so I'm without heat for a week. And now this I could kill someone if I weren't in a sane mind.

    EDIT: Tomorrow I will be waiting outside for that DPD van to drive by at half 9. Grr I'm so upset at them.

    I *think* I just replied to the original order confirmation email....or the one telling me of the stock probs.

    Anyway, I recieved mine today...nice little phone but still some probs.

    1: The onvoice does say £00.00...despite £18:50 and £10 vanishing from my CC on the order
    date (26th December)

    2: Activation vie the website (as instructed) fell over....directed me to the weirdest automated phone number I've ever seen! (an 0800 number)
    I just had to read out the sim number..imie.....answer yes or no to a shedload of questions.....that's one hell of a voice recognition software they're running. I actually thought I was talking to a real person for a while lol.

    Anyway...that too fell over towards the end....with a "please wait while I connect you to a customer service rep"...or something like that.

    Ring, ring.....cue indian sounding woman.
    "Hello, how can I be of assistance"

    I repeat all the process again...phone now activated..number given etc.

    Her - "I've credited 30 free txts to your account as a thankyou for joining orange...and also credited you with £1 call credit to get you started..."

    Me - "Hang on...I bought a £10 call credit with this phone...I have a number here on the invoice that I' was supposed to somehow quote you via the online activation"

    Her - "Oh I don't know anything about that sir..was there a top up voucher in the box?"

    Me - "no, just the account number I'm supposed to quote on activation"

    Her "you might have to go back into the store you bought the phone from...get them to sort it out..."

    Me "It was a web order from the orange site"

    Her - "you might need to email customer sevices with details of your original order"

    Anyway, that was this wednesday morning.....by tea time, the phone was still showing just the £1 'curtesy' credit!
    Phoned a different customer services number...the one on the invoice this time.
    From the jist of that convo...if there wasn't a voucher in the box, then the credit *might* be applied automatically...but it could take up to 7 days!!!!! WTF???

    I don't think I'm gonna see this £10 credit that I have paid for at all.
    What do I do now.???

    I've sent another email to customer services trying to explain it all.
    And also asking why this is a black phone when I ordered a blue one.
    And also asking why the box does not contain a USB data cable....from what I can gather, it's supposed to!

    What a fiasco.
    If it wasn't such a bargain phone...I would have initiated a cc chargeback and told them to come and take the phone back!
    I still might!
