    fairfx currency cards

Is this card any good for USA or is there anything better on the market. Going to Disney for the first time with the family and will probably need £2-3000 $ for spends. want a good rate, no charges and security, dont we all

We used this last year to go to Disney - great card no problems

got one of these cards, deposited £10 on it and tried to test it out at a ATM in UK to see if it works but it would not allow me to withdraw the £10? Have not got a chance to test it in other countries yet but if it wouldn't worrisome when cannot even withdraw in UK ATM.

Have used these cards several times now on trips to the USA and the euro ones for europe, no probs at all, got a fab exchange rate and worked out far cheaper than using my regular debit/credit cards

    i use claxton fx card

I believe that the fairfx is slightly better than claxton fx card however there is not much in it. does everywhere take these cards in the US ie pub, stores, disney etc

There would be a cash withdrawal fee,so if you only had £10 on it once the fee was taken into account to be debited you wouldn't have £10 balance available

Got one fo these when I went to Florida a few years ago. Had no problem paying for things on it, did have some issues getting money from atm's though - I couldn't withdraw money for some reason, I think it saw the card as a credit card rather than a debit card.
Had no problems using it in Disney at the malls and restaurants.

I have one that I use all over Europe.
Works OK so you should have no probs in USA

used mine in france, no problems at all, great card, good exchange rate
