    Fallout 3

Game sucks....Been playing it over an hour and a half now and just cant get into at all. The graphics arnt that great, theres a few glitches when characters move etc, and the plot isnt pulling me in at all (yet)

Its very similar to Oblivion (which I purchased a couple of weeks ago but havnt really got into either) and it also reminds me a bit of Bioshock in a way with some of the artwork used (maybe thats just me though....)

    Should I stick with it?

Anyone know how much CEX or hmv etc are offering for it when you trade it in?

all 3 of those games are made by the same company and use the same graphics engine.

Games are all about personal preference, just because 99% of the world absolutely loved oblivion it doesnt mean you will.

Fallout is a tame'd version of oblivion, more direct, less things to collect and do but still good.

dont know about CEX, heard they wernt giving out cash anymore, but my local sainsburys has had fallout in there for 27 for a few weeks now

Bioshock was made by 2K Boston/2K Australia

Ive played abou 4 hours of it...done some quests, but im with you roryk83 couldnt get into it and not played it since, just seems slow and boring for me anyways :lazy:

if you don't like RPGs then give up, I've been playing oblivion for ages spent approx (last count) 105 hours on and still haven't finished it all, Fallout 3 is immense but not as big finished it all in about 50 hours. Great games.

Fable 2 maybe more your style for a Zelda style adventure.

I do like RPGs but Im finding Fallout quite tedious. There is too much talking with each character etc and it just doesnt pull you into the game like it should.

I think Im gona give it another hour or so and see if it improves if not trade it in

TBH the storyline at the beginning does fade out and then you start exploring and scavenging the landscape, but its Mad Max style errieness may not suit all. I think by the sounds of it you will get past the somewhat tedious intro and start to enjoy the game.

Got rave reviews but I don't think I'll like it, same with Oblivion.

I really enjoyed this game... each to their own =)
