Faulty microwave from argos after 15 months

My delonghi microwave broke after 15 months, contacted argos and they said its delonghis problem. Delonghi website says contact argos about thier microwave, so whose problem is it? Also does Consumer rights act give more warranty like the EU one did. Thanks for any help.
