Feedback please: Selling laptop through ‘laptopsdirect.co.uk’

I’m trying to sell my old laptop and found that laptopsdirect are offering significantly higher than others in the market. Though I had purchased before (only once) from laptop direct but have never sold to them.

Can anybody share the experience of selling to laptopsdirect.co.uk? Are they too fussy about the condition? Do they pay the price shown on the site? How quickly do they pay?
