Feet killing me from wellies

As above, my feet are in bits from wellies, I wear wellies for about 50hrs a week for my job, the wellies and inserts provided by work are good quality so I think it's the socks I wear, I wear 2 pairs of donnay socks from soccer sports.

Any Reccomendations on welly socks or what to wear?
