Took about 6 emails to get this sorted what a stupid site doesnt even have a call centre.


With the bad weather and backlog at carriers, this is bound to happen sometimes. ASOS have always delivered no problem to me.

My sister has been complaining of ASOS's poor customer service recently. They also keep leaving their goods outside! They wont wait for anyone to answer the door at times...
