    Firefox 3 users - A little help

I use firefox three at work and at home, I had them both set up just the way i like them, but due to circumstances beyond my control my version at home needed to be reinstalled. is there anyway that i can transfer all my settings from my work computer to my home computer?

I would use firefox portable on my usb stick but my work requires different connection settings and i dont think there is an option to do this, please correct me if i wrong

Sounds good, a bit like an offline version of Weave. Weave does the same but over the net, more of a sync than a backup in that respect I suppose.

    Forget all that.

Find \Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\profiles in these locations:

    C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\

    C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Local Settings\

Copy the folder inside Profiles back to your home computer at the same location - delete the existing one that is there.
