Hey guys. I’m looking for a firm pillow. I like my pillow firm but not too hard. I only want to spend around £20. Any suggestions?

I use an Otty one, I paid £55 for 2 of them, so slightly over budget but it's been amazing for my neck.
Maybe this one for £19 from Ikea

“Not too hard, not too soft. This ergonomic pillow has a layer of soft foam and a layer of denser foam to give your head and neck snug comfort with just the right support.

The memory foam top layer moulds to the contours of the body and relieves pressure at head, neck and shoulders. It provides good comfort regardless of the temperature in your room.

Choose this ergonomic pillow if you are a back or side sleeper.”
I would avoid memory foam ones. They get far too hot.

These are great

Dunlopillo Latex pillow - Over budget at £58 but used for hours every night and worth every penny.
IKEA contour like above..
Kaymed iGel which is exclusive to bensonsforbeds is very good. There are front/back and side sleep ones.
