So the inevitable has happened, after 1.5 years of driving I have received my first parking fine. It's from TFL and the contravention is " 46: Stopped where prohibited (on a red route or clearway) "

I have attached photos of the parking bay in question. I was parked there for around 10 mins whilst I went in to a shop to pick up a pre-ordered item.

Is there any grounds for appeal?
Does what I did constitue as loading?

I am happy to pay it, but if there are any grounds for appeal I would like to try that first. Any help would be appreciated.
