Fitness tracker for a nurse

My wife expressed an interest in fitness trackers but as a nurse, she can't wear anything on her wrist at work. I've been looking at a clip on fitbit but was wondering if anyone else has used something similar, like something that can be worn on an ankle?

there is withings go as well

Hi
My wife is also a nurse and she uses a jawbone up move which attaches onto her uniform or cardigan etc. They were about £50 but you can now get them for about £14 i beleive B&M even have them

I got a jawbone from b&m for £9.99 last week.

Wife has the clip-on fitbit (Fitbit Zip) and loves it. For everyday activity it works well and gets used every day.
