    Flight socks

Hi has anyone seen any flight socks at a good price please. I need to buy tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest so do not want to buy online in case they don't arrive in time. Thanks

You should be able to buy at the airport, depending on where you are travelling from.

    Amazon prime?

Poundland ... Dunno how much though.

I thought about the airport but thought they may want OTT price. I don't have Amazon Prime but I can check out Poundland - many thanks. I know that Boots have them at £13.99 just thought that was a bit steep, but then again better than getting DVT - thanks for the replies

Or get up and walk around a lot during the flight ..save yourself £14. Seems to be the method of everyone that gets sat next to me .

Thanks for the chuckle - I always get the fidgety ones as well. Unfortunately the flight socks are needed for my father who is 88, he is just recovering from a fractured hip, so I don't think he will be be getting up and walking around much. He may not even need any but I am erring on the side of caution as it is only 5 weeks since his operation.

    Many thanks

Airport, Boots M&S etc are likely to charge 10 or 20 pounds for a similar product to that you will get in Poundland, Poundstretcher etc for a quid.
    Walking regularly is good advice.

Hmm I tried two different Poundland shops today and a Poundworld and a Poundstretcher, but they all said they don't sell them. I can see that Poundland sell them online, so I guess they have them in some of their stores but not all of them.

They are for my father who is 88 and just recovering from a fractured hip, so getting up and moving about is not an option (unfortunately)

I guess the cheap shops have slung out all the travel products in favour of Easter eggs or something

The NHS in our area don't supply them. It was the District Nurse who told me to go out and buy them for my dad.
