Any suggestions, used home bargains dreadful,local shop not fresh,m&s OK any other suggestions?

Blossoming gifts

Once you sign up to the newsletter you get loads of offers. Only ever had one problem that I didn't even bother contacting them about, one of the flower buds dropped off in transit. That from over 20 deliveries.

I can't fault them.
Next are excellent also Flying Flowers.
my husband used tesco for mother's day and i think it was ok
I've used Flying Flowers several times without a hitch, but on one occasion they were delivered by Hermes, nobody was home so they took them to the Post Office collection centre without putting a note through the door to say so. Obviously flowers died in a couple of days without water so the recipient received them dead.

Waitrose. I've been on the receiving end of their flowers and they are well packaged, fresh and long lasting
I tend to use Prestige Flowers, never had a problem with them yet:

They always seem to have some sort of offer
