flush led lights for the kitchen

My 4 year old led gu10 bulbs have started to blink, and coincidently I was thinking to upgrade the lights in my kitchen anyway.

Quite interested in some flush square style lights which are led.

I need one at each end of the kitchen. Anyone on here recommend where to buy them? Or what wattage/brightness I may need?.

    Thanks

For LED 1Watt = 10Watts of normal lighting (perhaps more; I think its nearer 12-15Watts judging by the light output of mine).

You can buy LED replacement bulbs for your existing light fittings, you just missed out on 2 for £4 at Lidl; I replaced mine, and they are BRIGHT!! (3Watt replacing 30Watt).
