Hi guys

Just recieved a note 10 from Fonehouse on a contract with EE and before opening the phone I just noticed this on the label. Would you return the handset?

Thanks 3437611.jpg

Messed with by a company that has been trading for less than a year? Nice.
It basically confirms it’s good to go, I personally wouldn’t be bothered by that. However we are all different
That would be going straight back

New mobile phones are brand-new, completely unused and come in sealed packaging. Nearly new phones were returned by a customer in their 14-30-day cooling-off period. So they are effectively as good as new. All nearly new phones are guaranteed for 12 months.

Send it back if you bought a "new phone" contract.
If it`s a "refurb" contract you need to read the terms and conditions.
On the basis that there was no prior notification of such practice and the resale value may be detrimentally impacted compared to a natively UK equivalent: I'd be rejecting.
Grey import, not good...
I would keep it.
Send it back mate
You paid for a new device
Not something that’s had a mess around with.....
I'm very fussy (& suspicious) like that. If I buy brand new I expect totally brand new, not all this business about firmware and what not.
I would keep it it’s still brand new with U.K. 3 pin plug and U.K. software no problem really
