As I'm newly divorced, looks like I'm gonna be spending more time in the kitchen, so can anyone recommend a decent food steamer (not to cheap). 3 tiers would be fine I think.

Also can you boil spuds in these, in the bottom I presume

Got one in Asda the other day for a fiver so might be worth checking there mate...

I had an electric one, but couldnt get on with it, so resorted to a 3 tier stainless steel one for the hob like this argos.co.uk/sta…htm
Potatoes in the bottom and various veg in the others, works a treat

That looks good unfortunaltey out of stock anywhere near me.

Think I would prefer see through so I know whats going on.

dont know why :? they test fine when I cook them
where they undercooked? You need to get the timing right. Then I add some olive oil, salt and black pepper, yum! :thumbsup:

I got one of the Lloyds Pharmacy ones when it was £5.99 delivered, use it 4 - 6 times a week - had it 6 months now and still as good as new!

And yes - Spuds cook a TREAT in em!

I use one like this too. It can cook enough for our whole family. :thumbsup:
